the base game has the haircuts tattos mod the cars ecc. BUT the ultimate edition has more like special haircuts tattos and you can mod the car like in online.

no no no the ultimate edition will grant you access to SPECIALISED shops. not ALL the shops. there are still places where you can get your hair cut and mod cars there is just one that's specifically for deluxe edition. from my understanding after reading everything that's what I got out of it and it sounds the most logical. I'd be VERY surprised of customizing was behind a pay wall in a GTA game. but if I am wrong I'd be very disappointed.

everybody is clearly confused 🙏 the ultimate yes does give u access to that but it’s for exclusive upgrades or customisation for Lucia and Jason - the standard version still has ALL of those things yet u won’t get the exclusive Lucia and Jason stuff
