Watching back those precious moments hits so deep 😩 I was so exhausted and my body was still healing but my heart was so full. My digestion was a mess and I felt so disconnected from myself. What finally helped me feel more present for those captured moments was reading Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green and learning how to support my body through food. 28 lbs down now and I actually feel like the woman in those photos. Those captured moments are so precious 🫠 I was inflamed and tired and felt so overwhelmed by everything.
