They paid for everything? Parts and labor? They warrantied a torque converter I used in a build but I had to eat all the other parts and labor. And don’t get me started with Revmax. I will absolutely NEVER use them again.

Similar deal, back in February/march I ordered a boot from sinister diesel and paid for 3 day shipping, paid more for the shipping than I did for the part. My boot didn’t show up in 3 days, I emailed them and within an hour they called me to let me know what was going on (my boot got lost in shipping) and they refunded me for everything if my memory is correct. A week or so goes by and the boot shows up. Based on that experience I will be doing business with sinister over some other brands.

I deal with same thing retail I can field destroy a multi thousand dollar item from one company but the food that comes short dated and could be donated has to be sent back to the factory
