i wanted to leave many times. But the voices of people who would miss out on me if i left.. i heard them. The voices felt so far away, like distant echoes from the future, but i still heard them. When the pain was the worst, I closed my eyes and visualised my success era. My happiness era. My prime. The thought of missing out on my prime gave me fomo. Lol imagine wanting to ūnalive yourself, and fomo is the thing that saves you 😂 This is why visualising and daydreaming about your goals is so powerful, because the more you normalise your goals in your mind, the more focused on your goals your brain becomes, and the brain doesn't let go of what it feels focused on, the brain will do ANYTHING to keep you alive and think of ways to improve your life 🎀✨🧬 I wanted to leave, and those thoughts started when i was a kid, that's a big burden for a kid to carry alone. Today, I wanna stay. April 2024 was the hardest, I was ready to leave, and i had accepted it. But then i heard the voices of you again, whoever you are.
