Youre mad chilli is a winter meal something you have bonfire night not the middle of summer in a heat wave but each to their own ! We had fresh French baguettes rotisserie chicken and different salads x

Chilli is good. It regulates internal temperature, that's why you feel like spicy food in hot weather. You're body knows what you need. At least that's my excuse. 😂

I did chilli other day, hadn't got any kidney beans so I chucked a tin of baked beans in 10 mins before the end, everyone loved it, no kids picking out the beans, will probably do that every time now! xx

Coming from an Aussie in Perth try wetting a towel that you would use to dry yourself and use it as a blanket over your body and the fan with blow on it and it feels like air conditioning very cooling
