my mom bought me my electrolytes and salt pills immediately after my appointment and mailed them to me. she hasn't been diagnosed with pots or dysautonomia but she has always loved salt so she knew what to get instantly

I've literally never had anything that was too salty 😂 I'm looking for a pots diagnosis when I see my cardiologist in January. I've had a ton of Dr's bring it up and my therapist even said it yesterday at our first session lmao
