@whatsinlivscart: Replying to @mexican_baddie1 i don’t workout how i used to. how i look is from YEARS of intense training in the gym. lose the protein powder, snacks, bars, etc. get your protein from whole foods. cut out alcohol. do 10 mins of INTENSE stair master afger each exercise. that was what i did at peak physique, or every time i wanted peak physique. but i also have good genetics. and on top of that, it wasn’t until 3 years into the gym that i started shaping my figured. it’s like carving a sculpture. you have to start with a big block, you need a base (muscle), cut it down (lose fat), then from there you sculpt (target specific muscle groups for arsthetic etc). it’s a long process. it didn’t happen overnight, and it won’t happen in a year. just fall in love with taking care of yourself and in the blink of an eye you’ll be years in with insane progress done. only compare yourself to yourself, nobody else #gymgirls
