Since people are clearly not understanding the issue here: She created a brand using environmentally friendly materials, for the benefit of ocean conservation. He’s using her trademark name on clothing that is made with synthetic plastics. If people were to confuse his stuff with her brand, they’re going to think her brand is unserious about the cause and not support it.

Ahhhh the comment section has ZERO inclination on how trademarks work. You file trademarks under categories like apparel, hygiene products, bedding products, hardware etc etc. and he in infringing on her trademarked apparel line.
