Starting yesterday I completely cut out all drink excluding water and protein/creatine shake + making sure I’m hitting roughly 100 grams protein. I literally always have a coffee and sweet tea in the morning and sipping throughout the day. It might not be much, but after giving birth to my son, I was 207 lbs. which I was 140 before getting pregnant (I had bad complications) now I’m 18 months postpartum and just under 160. I’m hoping this will get me over my plateau tbh.
