Why not add a little bit of water to the minced garlic so that it flows, and and use one of those ice cube bags for in the freezer to make nice garlic cubes

Great idea! I bought individual packets of garlic and I freeze them. They’re very good but they’re kind of yellow and soft when they defrost but still great for an emergency.
