@jfradioshow: The Democratic Party of your parents is long gone. The party is well on its way to being consumed by socialists and communists. For anyone that wants to nitpick and argue the differences between Democrat Socialists and Communists, they both promote the collective ownership of the means of production. That’s communism. They may differ in their path towards collective ownership and the elimination of private property, but the end result is the same.
