Hey just some advice as a girl who runs a bar, if you’re doing this regularly, maybe think about signing up to a drinks wholesaler like LWC or Bookers. You don’t need to be a huge distributor or business to do this, but you can buy alcohol, glass-wear, cocktail making supplies at trade price, they often give you lots of freebies to try out too. Plus a lot of the time you can get a wider variety of spirits and mixers which sometimes you can’t buy off the shelf in a local tesco. It will save you so much money in the long run and make your profit margins larger :) I think what you’re doing is a fabulous 💕

Love this, top tip though, don’t muddle your mint, it breaks the enzymes and gives it a bitter taste. Best way to release the flavour and scent is just to hit it gently in the palm of your hand before placing it into the glass 💕
