We started getting our from Alibaba and yeah you definitely have to plan ahead because it takes a long time, but the price and the quality are hard to beat! They perfectly nailed my design and perfectly matched the color to our paint color in our shop!

I own a place. And you are correct you can go a few ways. First, source from china. You need at least a 50 day lead time for production and you have to be ready to plunk down for 10000 cups. Honestly any less is a waste because it takes at least a month and you never want to run dry. Shipping isn’t exact and you can always run into problems with that. You can also source locally from smaller companies. The problem is you’ll pay almost double. When I started I went with a local supplier who could print on the cups. I was paying ~.20 a cup. Now we have grown I have switched to a national supplier and we are paying .08 a cup because of stocking agreements and other factors. And there are no up front costs but you do have to sign a contract. You could also go the starter route and get plain cups from restaurant depot and get rolls of stickers from sticker mule and just manually put on every label. It’s tedious but a great option for people just starting.

The restaurant store but it is expensive. One case is like $44 and you have to buy the lids and then you have to buy the straws and people wonder why latte cost 7 to 8 dollars anymore. 🫠

Odeko is a good option if you don’t need branding specific cups… you can maybe invest in some waterproof stickers and/or stamps for the first year and put those on the cups for a time and make it daily task for staff to do.

Depending on where you are at you can look for a distributor. I’m in north Florida and use one out of Orlando. They have cups, syrups, powders and they deliver to me. You can go to Sam’s or Costco. Another route is looking with a food distribution company like US foods, Sysco or Chaney bros. There are lots of options
