I have been doing your method for over a year now. The only thing I eventually changed is I use reusable filter bags. I got tired of using cheesecloths.

I make cold brew weekly all year round for a few years. I swapped out the plastic top to a stainless steel since I avoid plastics as much as possible. Homemade is so much better and saves money too! Kudos to you guys!
