🍚🐟✨ MAKE SALMON FRIED RICE WITH ME ✨🐟🍚 One of my absolute go-to meals when I can't be bothered spending ages in the kitchen! 😅 ☀️ In this heat, I'm surprised I even cooked today! 💛 Super quick 💛 Super easy 💛 Budget-friendly 💛 Perfect for using up whatever you've got in the fridge or freezer Today I used: 🐟 Salmon 🥚 Eggs 🍚 Microwave rice (because there was no chance I was making fresh rice today 😂) 🌶️ Peppers 🧅 Onion 🧄 Garlic 🫛 Frozen peas But honestly, this recipe is all about using what you have! 🥦 Broccoli 🥕 Carrots 🌽 Sweetcorn 🫛 Mixed vegetables 🌶️ Peppers Fresh or frozen — it really doesn't matter! 💕 I always keep frozen veg in the freezer because it's cheap, convenient, and perfect for meals like this. You can even make the whole dish using frozen vegetables if that's what you have on hand. ✨ Add your rice ✨ Garlic & onion ✨ Soy sauce ✨ Dark soy sauce ✨ White pepper ✨ Sweet chilli sauce (my favourite 😍) Mix it all together and you've got a delicious meal in no time! 🍳 Not a fan of salmon? No worries! 🐔 Chicken 🥩 Beef 🦐 Prawns 🌱 Or keep it veggie Use whatever works for you!
