There are lots of programs they help associates with. Adoptions, financial counseling, mental health, funeral expenses, loss of home due to disaster, and many more. District managers and above donate from their paychecks into those funds.

Yes! They have helped me twice, two years in a row! My Dad passed on 2024 and I was giving 2000 towards his and then my baby brother passed in 2025 and I received the same help. Plus my full 3 days bereavement pay for both. They really may not pay well hourly and my SM put me in for a raise 3 months ago with it still not being approved but I will always be very grateful for the employee assistance fund!

For employees they will match what you've paid! They do not pay if you haven't payed anything!

I was diagnosed with cancer a couple years ago and they did nothing to help. I was told to step down or quit if I couldn’t do my job and reapply later on after I told them their employee assistance fund was a joke

Yes they are amazing when it comes to taking care of employees when it comes to situations like this!! Had a house fire the day after Christmas 2023 and DG helped me out tremendously plus my DM & RD BOTH went above and beyond for me making sure I was well taken care of!!

Employee assistance is a great resource for us as employees. They helped me when my husband passed.

Happy for you. I had to use 3 vacation days for my sister’s funeral because my dm didn’t do his job and put in for me. Called hr on Monday when I got back. Was told have him turn my tones in my the next day. Sent him 4 texts on both phones and called him. Still nothing.

Yes mama the foundation is amazing they just replaced all my furniture and tv after we had a bad storm here and a tree went thru the window n ruined our stuff..

I got paid back travel expenses to my granddaughters funeral and when my granny passed they helped pay the remaining balance for her cremation that we had left owed.
