Breakfast Pizza 🍕✨| Recipe in caption ⤵️⤵️ Ingredients For the Pizza * For the Country Gravy * Use excess sausage grease * 2 tbsp butter * 2 tbsp all-purpose flour * 2 cups whole milk * 1 tsp black pepper * 1/2 tsp garlic powder * 1/2 tsp onion powder * Salt to taste For the Toppings * 6 eggs, scrambled with salt, pepper, onion powder. * 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled * 1/2 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled. Seasoned with pepper, garlic and onion powder, and red chili flakes. * 1 cup mozzarella cheese * 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese * Dried parsley for garnish Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. In a skillet, cook breakfast sausage until browned. Remove and set aside for topping. 3. To the sausage grease leftover, add butter and flour. Cook for 1 minute while stirring. 4. Slowly whisk in milk and broth. Add black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Simmer until thick and creamy. 5. Roll out pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet. Brush edges lightly with olive oil. 6. Pre-bake crust for 5-7 minutes OR NOT, either or is fine. 7. Spread country gravy evenly over the crust. 8. Top with scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, bacon, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. 9. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown. 10.
