baby girl....HEAR ME! I learned the hard way. Pack your patience and trust the process. run the frozen drum under hot water on the outside for a couple minutes. then full spin on lite ice cream. use a butter knife and scrape down the sides. now, full spin 2-3 more times, savoring down the sides each time. I know it's tedious. TRUST!!! do NOT add more liquid (it messes up the texture). I also have a bangin' base recipe of you need it. no added sugar

I do: 2 cups fat free fairlife milk, 1/4 tsp xanthum gum, a pinch of salt, scoop of protein of choice, mix, freeze. Let it sit on the counter for like 10 min or run the sides under hot water for a few minutes, light ice cream, scrape down sides with butter nife, re-spin, scrape down again, add mix-ins, then the mix-in setting. Perfect every time.

My go to recipe: fairlife 2% to the freeze fill line, 1-2 scoops protein powder of choice (I like premier protein vanilla milkshake it comes out tasting like McDonald’s ice cream), 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 3 tbsp of monk fruit sweetener, and 1 teaspoon of extract of choice + mix ins of choice

Don't freeze it with the lid. it creates that bump tnat will ruin the blade over time. Freeze it with the lid off and only put it on after for storage in rhe freezer.
