@queenvibes1224: I know not everyone has a pole at home, so here are some of my favorite core conditioning exercises you can do completely off the pole! 💪✨ A strong core is the foundation for so many pole moves, climbs, inversions, and transitions. If you’re consistent with these exercises and practice them 3–4 times a week, you’ll build the strength you need and be pole-ready before you know it.
