My mom has always had this incredible ability to channel her inner child curious, playful, spontaneous, and occasionally wonderfully chaotic. Like most mother-daughter relationships, we’ve had our ups and downs, our misunderstandings, and our different ways of seeing the world. But lately, I’ve been looking at it differently. Maybe staying young isn’t just about what we eat, how we exercise, or the supplements we take. Maybe part of it is knowing that somewhere in this world, there’s still someone who sees you as their child.
