Every time I tried to take them, my kidneys would hurt later that day! I tried three different times in different weeks to take them. And it happened every time!

I actually find these helpful so I take them, but don’t like that the company tries to make it seem like it’s equivalent to 29g of protein. It’s basically 1g of protein per pill = 5g. Why not be honest about that.
