Yes! I found a book that talked about puberty for boys and girls and read it to my boys and I think it was helpful. I think they felt a bit awkward at first but it was really helpful

I did this with my son in 4th grade to make sure my son was educated and knew how sensitive this can be. He now feels such sympathy when I have that time he tells me to lay down and brings me a heating pad 🤣

as a mom of 5 boys, in my house they learn about periods real early. if you want to follow me to the bathroom, there's going to be a lesson. they're between the ages of 7-2 and know all about it

I’ve chatted with my 10 year old about this! I said you don’t make a big deal out of it, if you notice you whisper to them or tell a teacher quietly. I said offer your hoodie- we can get you a new one if needed.
