Take some of the gingerbread dough and roll it out in between some parchment paper and freeze for 5 minutes. With the rest of the dough press it down into a lined baking pan. In a bowl, pour in hot melted butter and chocolate chips until all melted, set aside. In another bowl, mix together the eggs, both sugars, and vanilla. Then add in the chocolate mixture until well incorporated, add in the flour and cocoa powder until well combined then pour it in the baking pan with the gingerbread. Take the dough out the freezer and cut out ur gingerbread men and place ontop. Bake at 355F for 35 minutes. Let cool. In a bowl mix together powdered sugar and heavy cream.
