Sun exposure breaks down collagen and elastin in your skin, leading to premature wrinkles, rough skin, and pigmentation changes. It is the #1 environmental contributor to aging. If you are optimizing for aesthetics, unprotected sun exposure over time is terrible. Sources: NIH, Center for Dermatology, Cleaveland Clinic.

The thing that people gotta get right is that you need a significant amount of your fat consumption should be coming from saturated fats. The polyunsaturated fats in stuff like vegetable oils (liquid fat) is unstable. The reason people get damage from the sun is your cell membranes being unstable from the polyunsaturated fats. Humans have evolved with the sun since we first came about. It doesn't make sense that people would get damage from the sun. Replace your fats with Butter tallow or some other animal fats and get rid of the fatty plant foods/oils.

There is no evidence that sun screen causes cancer. There is evidence and proven that UV radiation damages DNA skin cells, which can lead to mutations, which can lead to skin cancer.

endocrine studies add potential issues to chemical sunscreen but only becuse ratd injest the chemicals like oxybenzone orally diffrent from human use of it also every other furless mammals uses sun protection elephants pigs hippos and rhinos using mud or sweat yes some sun is good for sleep cycle in morning when ozone layer is lateral eneough to block it its good for circadian rythym but we love in a age we're were most of us were earupeans in areas where uv is too high for our skin types ozone layer is cooked too but it depends on what kind of skin type you have some peaple only need around 15 minutes to achieve adequate levels of vitamin d aswell

I thought it was common knowledge that excessive sun exposure immensely speeds up aging and causes the risk for cancer to skyrocket from uv damage to the dna in your skin cells. Mineral sunscreen everyday and you’ll be fine

Quick question: why have labourers and farmers covered themselves from the sun for thousands of years whilst working on their fields?

there is no problem with the sun if you don’t consume seed oils, the inflammation from seed oils combined with the suns uv rays will cause skin damage.

u r right about the sunscreen but its proven that uv light has an aging effect on skins tissue, the sun is healthy indeed but this is undeniable
