Close the window and door and curtains all day and I promise you it will be cool at night. Sound sooo bizzare but it works. All you’re doing is bringing in more warm air at the moment.

We are camping out downstairs using the travel cot and no sleep bags. I find it unbearable, our rooms are 32 degrees upstairs! I just can’t let them sleep in rooms that hot!! definitely take off the sleep bag x

use a hot water bottle but freeze it instead, ours have fluffy cases so it's not directly on little one but it's a life saver for the little ones and us adults x

I use to wet a muslin cloth and place it on my girls legs. It always helped to keep them cool. I do it even now and she’s nearly 2.

My 7 week old is sleeping in just a nappy fan on with a big bottle of frozen water in front of it and a cool bath before bed, i haven't slept during the night last night because I want to make sure she is cool and so far she has had a normal temp all night, will do the same again tonight.

I keep blinds down and window open ever so slightly for a breeze through day but his room is also 32 degrees so I think no matter what you do nothing will work 😞🥺
