Shaykh Dr. ʿAbd al-Razzāq ibn ʿAbd al-Muḥsin al-Badr is not just “a shaykh from Madinah” — he is one of the major recognized scholars and teachers connected to the scholarly tradition of al-Madīnah, especially in ʿaqīdah, ḥadīth, dhikr, adab, and tazkiyah. He holds a PhD in ʿaqīdah, serves as a faculty member at the Islamic University of Madinah, and is the son of the famous Madinah scholar and muḥaddith Shaykh ʿAbd al-Muḥsin al-ʿAbbād. His official site hosts extensive lessons, books, khutbahs, and ongoing classes, including lessons listed in al-Masjid al-Nabawī after Fajr and Maghrib. So for someone who does not know him: he is a heavyweight teacher of the Sunnah — not because of celebrity, but because of decades of teaching, authorship, scholarship, and his position among the senior people of knowledge in Madinah.
