there’s a legally blonde film no one has ever seen called legally blondeS about Elle’s twin cousins Izzy and Annie, where they attend a fancy private school in california, which Elle used to attend. the movie notes that apparently she pissed off the headmistress by being so interested into fashion. i feel like a prequel set in this prep school would’ve made more sense

I feel people would be fine if they just thought of it as a reimagining as opposed to a prequel. Like just think in this multiverse Elle has this growth occur in high school vs college and what does that look like and how would that change her college experience if the show continues for a long time. Just a thought
