@lizlovery: Replying to @Scantnewt 🐔 Hand Embroidered Gardening Overalls FAQ 🌻🪡 I’ve been getting so many questions about these overalls, so I wanted to put all of the details in one place. All of the materials I used are on my LTK which you can click through on my profile. DETAILS: ✨ Templates: I used a floral embroidery template set from Amazon as my starting point. Several of the flowers were customized to better fit the look I had in mind, and I drew directly over some of the templates to create the sunflower designs and adjusted the stitches of some of the flowers to keep everything cohesive. ✨ Bumblebee, Ladybug, & Strawberry: These were hand drawn by me rather than traced from a template. ✨ Embroidery Floss: I only recently started hand embroidery, so having a large embroidery floss kit with lots of color options was incredibly helpful. I changed my mind on colors constantly, and having everything on hand saved me countless trips to the craft store. ✨ Skill Level: I’m still very much a beginner! This project was simply a combination of templates, trial and error, and a willingness to learn as I went.
