@drtanyaaltmann: If there’s one thing I wish more parents prioritized earlier, it’s sleep. So many of the concerns I hear, mood swings, frequent illness, trouble focusing, often trace back to not getting enough quality sleep. It’s one of the most overlooked drivers of a child’s health and development. The good news is you don’t need a complicated routine to fix it. A slightly earlier bedtime, limiting screens at night, and getting kids outside in the morning can go a long way. Sleep is one of the simplest ways to support your child’s brain, immune system, and long-term health. Mari :
I take sleep so serious for my daughter. Especially from 0-2 years old I was a tyrant. She’s down from 7:30 to 7 and if she wakes up in the middle of the night we stay in room and keep lights off and put her back to bed. She is so sharp, and confident and I think a regular sleep schedule helped.

Kenna Jace :
My son is special needs and I have a hard time settling him down to go to sleep. He literally will lay in a dark room with nothing for hours without going to sleep do you have any recommendations?
