it’s supposed to be flat water, not flowing water. It’s not reflective like it was before since they removed the anti bacterial material at the bottom, it no longer naturally drains. In order to keep the water clean they had to make systems to have the water run. Which is disgraceful, it’s always been a still reflecting pool.
