@jnewtrition: Chocolate Button Cookies OG: @whatmolly.eats Ingredients: –2 cans of ~400g chickpeas, drained and rinsed –135g smooth peanut butter or almond butter –160g honey or maple syrup –2 eggs –30g almond flour –30g self raising flour –1 1/2 tsp cinnamon –3 tbsp flaxseed (optional; I didn’t use) –120g chocolate buttons (Cadbury is what I could find at a British emporium near me) –Sprinkle of sea salt Recipe –Preheat the oven to 350° F (170° C) –To a food processor, add the chickpeas, peanut butter and honey and blend until as smooth as possible –Transfer to a mixing bowl and add in the flours, flaxseed (if using), eggs, cinnamon and chocolate buttons and mix well –Transfer to a lined baking dish and bake for 25-28 minutes –Leave to cool completely before slicing
ok but are they actually good or are they "I haven't eaten bread in a year" good? cause if rather have a small bit of something fab than a big bit of something eh
