Where is the line drawn tho? Like I’ve been learning to control my anxious thoughts and build internal security but how do I tell the difference between my anxiousness and what’s actually happening? I’m finding it hard to tell the difference when it’s my own mind spiraling and my anxiety speaking from the actual facts

she's left me on delivered for days sometimes lol but she'll apologize and say why she didn't respond like her being mentally exhausted and she still texts me back when she can plus when we hangout in person she apologizes for her texting and tell me she's just a very terrible texter could be cope or whatever but I believe her

How do i fix this? I take it so personally. We have been seeing each other fot a month. He takes hrs to respond and has been mia for a day then explained and apologized when i was anxiously texting. I am dependent on his texts but he isnt the best texter. Idk how to not make it feel like rejection or abandonment.

Think of it this way....evrryone uses phones to the point where coz people are on their phone 24/7 they expect others to be the same.... how do you think relationships work back in the day no phones just see eachother a certsin day when they are free, no rush just plan ahead doenst always have to be phone related....STOP RELYING ON ASAP replies peopke are ACTUSLLY busy at tines life can get in the way THERES ALOT MORE TO LIFE thsan phones...best to tell is if their actions and behavioyr is 10x better in person than on text and more compassionate that shows they are more themselves in person than on text...change your mindset and stoop thinking everyone should revolve their life around their phones
