well, let me tell you my Chihuahua used to do this when she was little and I would pick her up and guess what she’s now eight and still screaming for me to constantly pick her up lol she refuses to go for walks. Refuses to pretty much do anything unless I’m holding her so my suggestion would be to get her a little bit used to doing things on her own unless you wanted to turn out like me 😂😂😂
