Making Cheesesteak Egg rolls in my room! 🧀🥩 — They kinda turned into squares but either way they weren’t hard to make and were so yummy 🤤 Ingredients: • White onion • Green bell pepper • Red bell pepper • Shredded steak • Egg roll wraps • Mozzarella cheese • Provolone cheese • Eggs • Garlic powder • Onion powder • Smoked paprika • Salt & Pepper • Frying oil Instructions: - Chop white onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper - Add oil to a pan and sweat down chopped veggies - Add one pack of shredded steak to the pan, stir the meat and veggies until about 50% cooked - Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix well. - Cover in a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, stirring into the meat. Turn off heat and remove meat/ peppers/cheese - Place down a wonton/eggroll wrap with a slice of provolone cheese in the center. Add cheesesteak filling, and more mozzarella cheese on top - Line the inside edges with whisked egg wash, and begin folding the corners in. Roll and pat to make sure they are closed. - Heat frying oil in a pot, and fry for 3-4 minutes each egg roll, then place on a paper towel - Plate with sweet and spicy sauce, ranch, cheese sauce, or any other sauce you want! #cheesesteak #eggrolls #EasyRecipe #Foodie #lazypot - @lazypotnoodle
