change the wrap!? remove after a couple of hours , warm soapy water then cream. repeat cream 3 to 5 times a day or if starts to feel dry. rewrapping is just grim

I’ve never changed the wrap. I’m usually told to keep it on for about a week and then take it off and put aquafor or just a non-scented lotion on it until it’s done healing.
