always have the character to be grateful in all aspects. ako, personally i love my job kahit i earn minimum wage, in the first place, nagtiwala at nagbigay naman talaga ang company ng chance for me kahit fresh grad ako. and for a short time i observe from my co-workers, sobrang mareklamo sila sa nabibigay na task sakanila while I always carry the work that suppose to be for them bec I'm still a junior. never nag reklamo bec i love to do such challenging things. a little lesson lang for a short time in the field; refrain from people who encourage you to hate someone who didn't do anything to you kasi kapag na adapt mo na ang ganyang ugali, hindi kana mag ggrow kahit saan ka man mapunta. TIYAGA AT FOCUS LANG. WE WILL GET THERE 💗

Guys not to brag but to inspire. Alm ko din di lahat pinapalad sa tiktok affiliate. Pero itry nyo lng like side hustle. Imagine sahod ko nung empleyado ako 446pesos almost 4yrs ako don. Then now earning 4digits per day na ko. 1yr tiktok affiliate. Mahirap saumpisa parang wala mangyayare pero worth it lahat ng pagod ko at worth it yung mga effort ko. Nung una sarili ko lng naniniwala sa ginagawa ko pero nung nakita na nila result saka sila natuwa sa gonagawa ko. Try nyo lng guys enjoyin nyo lng malay nyo magbago buhay nyo di nyo na need maging empleyado. Pero guys again di ko sinasai mag resign kayo gawin nyo lng side hustle. Let’s win this!! 🙏🏻💕

I keep seeing this kind of content, and honestly, I think we’ve normalized the wrong message. Filipinos are constantly told to “be grateful” for having a job, to work hard, stay loyal, and never complain. But why don’t we also normalize knowing our worth? Being grateful shouldn’t mean accepting low pay, unpaid overtime, disrespect, or the bare minimum. A company isn’t doing us a favor by hiring us we also bring skills, time, effort, and value that help the business grow. The relationship should be mutual. I believe Filipinos are among the hardest-working people in the world. The problem isn’t our work ethic. The problem is that we’ve been taught to settle before we’ve been taught to value ourselves. Imagine if more Filipinos knew their value, negotiated fairly, and stopped accepting exploitation just because they were told to be “thankful.” Maybe we’d finally stop normalizing being overworked and underpaid. Be grateful for opportunities but never let gratitude become the reason you accept less than you deserve.
