In europe the servers get liveable wages… and prices are close… I mean if you think the burger costs 40$ dollars when the worker gets a liveable wage then it costs 36-37$ when comparing gourmet burgers in america to in Europe prices differ typically 3-4$ (cheaper in poorer countries)
