I always feel the stuff I talk about is no one's interest, so I tend to speak very fast about my stuff and omit a lot of things that I would like to comment as well, just to avoid making people feel bored

my brother does this. he texts/ calls me about something and I listen and respond, but when I'm talking about something he either doesn't respond or I get a "yeah" most of the time🙃 I don't have a bestie either. sigh...
