I used to just stop and live in my feelings… now I just say, “ never mind then” loud enough they stop talking and then they go, “ oh sorry. Go ahead.” I tell them, “ no thanks”. Then they have the nerve to act upset that I won’t finish. 🙄 Middle age has made me bold and realize I owe any rude person none of my attention.
