this and also not believing in getting closure from an ex. there is no reason that a conversation should be held over trying to understand why your ex left you, it’s not for you to understand. how they treated you towards the end of the relationship should be enough to give you an answer. leave it in the past, mourn the situation, and continue to love on to whoever opens their heart to you
