@richiehuffman01: I’m giving you an inside look into one of the leadership rhythms that helps our family stay aligned around goals, growth, and accountability: Huffman Family Huddle. 👀 What is a Huffman Huddle? A few times a year, our family sits down for an intentional conversation: 🤔What do we want to accomplish? 🤔How do we want to grow? 🤔How can we better show up for ourselves and for each other? Guided by our family mentor Chris Steer and our Huffman Family Office president Allan Greenberg, we create a more formal space for accountability, forward-thinking, encouragement, and open communication. And over the years, these conversations have shaped so much of how I think about leadership and teach it to my kids. Because whether you’re leading a family, a preschool, or an organization, people grow when they feel heard. They lead with more confidence when they’re given ownership. And they thrive when they know someone is truly invested in their success.💪 #EntrepreneurLife #FamilyBusiness #GoalSetting #PersonalGrowth #EntrepreneurFamily

I did this with my Son and two of his friends since they were in Jr High, all are 28-29 now, still having our meetings and Annual renewal of 5 year Goal Plans. I’m so proud of them.

Rich people teach their kids how to stay rich. 🤷🏻♀️. Actually wish I had been given more guidance growing up, it would have saved me a lot of time

I actually don’t understand why most of the comments are so negative. Why the jealousy or envy? It’s okay to appreciate a family that’s intentional about their growth and celebrates each other. Not everything needs to be criticized.

This is great! I wish I was raised like this and I wish I raised my kids like this, but now I will start calling family meetings with my kids and grandkids. Thank you for leading by example!

Because, if you do not instill into your kids/family the importance of setting goals and objectives, financial literacy and fundamentals of how to grow your personal wealth while limiting liabilities, then they are doomed to become reckless with their money and or fail to make meaningful strides in self improvement throughout their lifetimes. Not to mention if inheritance is likely for your kids, in their lifetime, then if you don’t get this foundation set for them they are really doomed to lose their financial footing.

this is actually really cool. They are discussing goals, they are discussing strategies for the future. Money is neutral it's how you use money or look at money that makes it good or evil. People who earn money and keep it and make it grow should not be minimized. You can use wealth for good. If someone at the top of the family earned it there is absolutely nothing wrong with training your kids to expound on it rather then giving it to them to squander and waste. That wealth can be used to create businesses and jobs or donated to charity or towards good.

I honestly wish I was given this sort of guidance from my family. It looks stuffy and unappealing but in reality, they all are being taught lifelong lessons and being encouraged 👏🏽
