I trade with ambition… but I never want success to become my identity. I pray for direction… not only profit. I read His Word… because wisdom matters more than wealth. And I’m reminded why I do this… to honor God and be present for my family. The goal isn’t only to receive more from God. The goal is to know Him more. There was a time when most of my prayers were about what I wanted God to give me. More money. More success. More opportunities. A breakthrough in trading. But as my faith grew, my prayers began to change. I still ask God for wisdom, provision, and direction—but more than anything, I want to know Him personally. I don’t want my relationship with God to depend on whether I had a green day, received a payout, or reached another milestone. Because the greatest blessing isn’t what God places in my hands. The greatest blessing is having a relationship with Him. Trading is something I do. Being a husband and father is part of what He has entrusted to me. But following God is who I am. I want Him present while I trade. I want His Word guiding my decisions. I want prayer to come before pressure. And I want my son to grow up seeing that our faith was never based on what we had—it was based on who God is. 📖 “I consider everything a loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.” — Philippians 3:8 The goal isn’t only to receive more from God.
