I ordered XXS. For reference I’m only 112lbs. I kid you not I COULDNT BREATHE it made me dizzy, nauseous and my back hurt. So I returned it and sized up to XS. I will let yall know.

I got this and if you have a long torso it’s not it sadly:/ like my entire lower belly is out, so I just wear it for my waist instead of full coverage
