@menopausefatlosscoach: The simplest habits are often the ones we overlook. When it comes to menopause fat loss, we tend to focus on the big things: Nutrition. Strength training. Protein. And yes—they matter. But one small habit that can make a real difference is taking a 10–15 minute walk after your meals, especially after dinner. As estrogen declines, blood sugar becomes harder to regulate. Walking after a meal helps your muscles use glucose for energy, reducing your post-meal blood sugar spike while supporting insulin sensitivity, digestion, and overall metabolic health. It’s also an easy way to increase your daily movement without adding more stress to your body. That’s why I encourage my clients to make 6,000 steps their daily non-negotiable, because fewer than 5,000 steps per day is generally considered sedentary. Just remember… Walking is the add-on. Strength training is the foundation. If you’re serious about losing fat and aging powerfully through menopause, your priority should always be building and preserving muscle. Then use walking as one more tool to support your metabolism and your long-term health. Small habits. Big results. 💪🏼 #menopause #menopausefatlosscoach #menopausefatloss #walkingforfatloss #midlifewomen

I have a waking pad for my standing desk. It took a really long time to get used to... But now I get my 10k steps before noon most days!
