@livcarbonero: I feel like flying (Dutchman) 🍔🍟 [~388 cals 60g protein] - Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 Revamped this recipe from my fast foodie living cookbook and it’ll be part of the next free updates 🥳 - ✰ 16 oz extra lean ground beef ✰ spices: 2 tsp powder, 2 tsp onion powder, paprika salt, and pepper ✰ 6 fat-free cheese slices ✰ 1/2 golden onion ✰ 1 tbsp (14g) low fat butter ✰ liv-n-out sauce: 1/4 cup (60g) 0% Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp (30g) sugar-free ketchup, 1/2 tbsp (7g) sugar-free sweet relish, 1 tsp (5g) vinegar, 1 tsp (5g) mustard, salt, and pepper Preheat pan to medium. Chop onions vertically into 4 thin slices (these are the buns). Add butter and onions to pan and cook until onions begin to caramelized, flipping in between. Add cheese slice to all onion “buns” to keep them together. Season and separate ground beef into 4 equal pieces. Add to pan and smash with spatula. Flip parties and cook until desired then add cheese to 2 patties. Assemble burger, in order: onion, bun, with cheese, sauce, bun.
