For many young people, social media is how they stay connected with friends, find support, communities, express themselves and access mental health resources. Taking that away could increase loneliness and isolation for some teenagers, especially those who struggle socially or have difficult situations at home. Instead of an outright ban, why not focus on better online safety, stronger moderation, and digital education? (copy and paste and like so he can see)

Hi a UK Veteran here just trying to spread the word before I go 😇 I'm getting evicted from my home next week run by a Veterans charity in Fulham I've been living at for 15 years since leaving the British Army because of a 3 month long bout of depression, ptsd and bad mental health and getting into rent arrears thru no fault of my own. The support team were supposed to be sorting it all out for me but didn't. Losing my home will be the death of me and they know this. They pushed me over the edge when all I was doing was crying out for help that never came. #mentalhealth #ptsd #veterans ❤️
