Egg Ghee Roast 🥚🤎✨ Ingredients: Boiled eggs – 4 (halved) Ghee – 1 tbsp + extra for frying eggs Onion (sliced) – 2 medium Black peppercorns – 1 tbsp Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp Fennel seeds – ½ tbsp Fenugreek seeds – a pinch Kashmiri red chillies – 8 to 9 Tamarind paste – 2 tbsp Curry leaves – 8 to 9 Water – as required Method: Heat a little ghee in a frying pan. Add the halved boiled eggs and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and keep aside. In a kadhai, heat 1 tbsp ghee and add 2 sliced onions. Cook until nicely browned. Blend 1 tbsp black peppercorns, 5–6 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, ½ tbsp fennel seeds, a pinch of fenugreek seeds, 8–9 Kashmiri red chillies, and 2 tbsp tamarind paste into a smooth paste. Add the prepared paste to the browned onions. Add a little water and bhuno well until the masala becomes rich and aromatic. Add a little more water to adjust the consistency, then add the fried eggs and 8–9 curry leaves.
