POV: you go to “try one mochi”… and leave after ordering five more 😭 found a mochi spot in paris called Taozi and i’m not exaggerating… these mochi were HUGE. i almost tried them all: mango, strawberry, matcha, black sesame, vanilla crème brûlée… each time my boyfriend and i sat down, we ended up getting back in line to order another one 💀 the cashier was literally laughing every time we stood up because she already knew we were coming back for more. prices start around €5.50 and go up to about €7, and honestly… worth it for the size alone. they also have drinks (matcha, sesame lattes, etc). i tried the matcha — the color was gorgeous 🍵 but the flavor was very mild, so i’d go for the mochi over the drinks. if you love chewy desserts, this place is dangerous. 📍address here: 32 rue Jean Mermoz, 75008 paris which flavor would you try first — matcha, black sesame or crème brûlée? 👀 save this for your next paris food stop + send this to your mochi obsessed friend
