I’ve only seen this pep recommended during weight loss/calorie deficit phases, but wouldn’t it also make sense for someone who’s already lean with presumably not high levels of NNMT to take it during building phases to mitigate fat gain?

Good timing I just reconstituted my very first file of 5 amino! Except I only used 2 mg bac water with a 50 mg vial and took 10 units for my very first dose 😂 oops 😬
