The post construction clean avoidance is about the best piece of advice you could take on board as it’s so risky.If there’s paint on the glass get the painter to remove it.Not worth the hassle and potential liability

We used to deal with the same issues when it came to storm Windows in St. Louis one day I just woke up and said I’ll just double the price and if they don’t wanna pay it then so be it and all of a sudden I have triple the storm window jobs. There are issues from time to time, but with the price difference, it definitely makes up
