If you don’t have kewpie mayo you can just mix regular mayo, rice vinegar and sugar. It’s pretty good!

Im sorry but I know this is not safe why do people think this is safe look it up you have to have sushi grade tuna for this you can’t just eat it bc it’s flash frozen it still has parasites and bacteria
